I've done a lot of research and have been using the trial/error process to gain as much knowledge as I can in hopes of getting my first deal done! 

If you get a private appraisal and discover that you can in fact refinance, your lender will need an appraisal from one of their own appraisers.

In Amarillo where I was building previously they called this type of soil “Fat Clay” which was just a way to describe how the soil reacted when it got wet.

hey guys thank you so much for replying so fast and I'm sorry I took forever I'm in the process of moving so I hope you understand.the main reason I want to start flipping is because I have a business idea of starting a contracting company so in turn I would be running 2 businesses at the same time as separate entities and as well the contracting business would be the main job that would get me of my feet so I can in 3yr souly

I have no experience with real estate so here I am, ready to absorb everything I can in order to embark on a successful real estate investment career.

You can amass significantly more wealth in a tax advantaged account over the course of your lifetime than you can in one where you are taking that huge hit every year.
