They asked for proof of x,y, and z - we would work so hard, give them what they need, and then they would decide that it needed to be different or more.

You're also getting taxed on your gross number, not your net (on 1099 from the OTA's, it's different if you use a PM and the PM is paying you), so it can really complicate calculations if you quote an amalgamation of gross minus x, y, and z.

Sounds like guru stuff, you'll find when you get to a P&Z hearing to request a change, the owner in title will need to sign off on the request, you won't be getting any changes without their involvement anywhere.

I let them reach out via message and ask them directly if they meet requirement x, y, and z- this is usually just a copy and paste.
