They don't ever happen in Police precincts or on gun club ranges; they mostly occur in places (schools, theaters, malls, concerts) where there are NO WEAPONS ALLOWED policies.  

You can tend to do whatever on the Internet but it is not very well policed. 

The title, loan, bank account and everything else like insurance all need to be under your LLC and only your LLC (no insurance polices that list yourself and the LLC).

Additionaly, the local police department started to impose to "crime-free" fee to the owner and additional paper work that needs to be provided to them for new tenants. 

This morning I received a call that the police kicked in several doors in my apartment building (story is they went from top to bottom looking for this guy, who they obviously didn't find).

I also hadn’t thought of reporting the vandalism to the police.

Make a call to the police in that area for a property crime, plan to wait 3 hours to never for a car to come. 

Maybe we can get police officers to pick up supplies from Home Depot and do crime inspections when they drop it off?

A police officer is suing a landlord because their tenant shot them.

You can explain the situation to the police and see whether they will consider them trespassers but it is unlikely.
