Aside from the REI talk, the icing on the cake was we both had our firstborn children three weeks apart this past August (both girls) so there will be some playdates in the future.:)With all that said, I can't stress enough how incredibly beneficial it can be to come from behind your keyboard and get out and meet people.

As I went into middle school we were able to connect with a father of a girl who was in my grade and Girl Scout Troop.

A few years later, I was interviewing for a teaching position in a private language school and my interviewer, the owner of the school, immediately asked me how I would react if a teenage girl came on to me.

Not that I mind the (are you serious, but you’re a girl, how old are you, etc) questions but I like when I don’t get them lol

If that's what's happening, then it should be fine, because the guy (or girl of course) who you're paying to have your best interests in mind does.It could also be a situation where the specific issues you're raising are not that complicated and your CO professional can just look it up himself.I will add that to my knowledge real estate will need to be probated wherever it is located.

@Idan NarotzkiI just rented a 1500sqft 3/1.5 to a single girl, 780 credit, $85k job.

Specifically I  (with my husband and business partner and two little girls)  am on the path to early retirement through my business and interested in the buy and hold strategyIt kind of feels like a needle in a hay stack to me right now - as I am not familiar with areas etcI would love to know about challenges others may have had trying to do this, tips We are happy to come over and do some boots on the ground searching, living in areas etc as opposed to buying sight unseen, but obviously flipping etc is not on the cards for us. 

I installed one in a SFH with 4 college girls & they loved it as the old 40gall was just not holding up.
