While the urge for a beginner is “I just want to start”… I would tell you from having been in the market for about 6 years (but at 37 doors today) … now isn’t the greatest time to try to be starting.  

The garage is still not rehabbed.

So the house wound up needing the drywall, kitchen, bathroom, roof to the garage, Plumbing, Gas and other stuff done. 

It's a 3/2 , 1,680sqft house in Braselton with a finished basement (2 bedrooms, den) and a recently converted garage.

If no one answers the door, you can put that in a letter / notice and post it on their door.  

Ironically, it is a much safer neighborhood than the one next door with a "lower crime rate".

I'm located in Natomas area learning the real estate world getting my foot in the door.

We manage 37 doors with that costs us a few dollars per door per month with no surcharge for ACH payments and we get next business day credit for those.
