Just got my license in Little Rock and I also wanna start wholesaling, anyone in my area or have any advice that could help me out ?

I’m up here on a road trip with my wife around Greers Ferry 
I know zero about the area 
Curious if anyone is investing up here 
Thinking maybe a large tract of land for future development

My situation is a little different as I live in Grain Valley but have 2 rental properties in Arkansas.

The fees vary based upon staffing requirements, and what is involved in taking care of the facility.Self storage fees are typically on site staff (if required), call center (if no on site staff), AR/AP management etc, and marketing fees. 

Right now I'm a wholesaler in Texas in a couple months I will be moving to Arkansas and after doing some research figured that it would be easier to get my license the but I don't know to just get a sales license or a brokerage license

I was going to move 2021 from my mother’s house in Merrillville, Indiana and was looking to go to Phoenix, Arizona or Little Rock, Arkansas.
