Finally after 10 weeks we've finished our remodel of one side of our duplex. 

I applied in May and appraisal was completed in less than a week.

We hired staff that managed and ran it with us overseeing operations with a weekly Zoom call.

(option B)My biggest question is not able to decide between option A vs option B.If i go with option A tenants can manage that area well using their own landscapers every once in 2 weeks like that.

We have a property that just became eligible for a treasurer's deed in the last couple of weeks, and I'll report back on this thread with any relevant updates.

HUGE assessments are happening and more coming. 200k assement I saw this week, can you say crash, then it will spill over the houses.

A few weeks ago we decreased the list prince by 5%. 

So 30k for 900 income, perfect numbers for syndication, and built in under a week.
