Hi, I’m traveling to the Raleigh/Durham/Burlington/Greensboro area from November 4th through the 7th. for the purpose of research in the area for a place to possibly retire in the next few 3-5 years, I'm now investing in single family homes in the upstate NY area and plan on starting to investing in NC in multi-family/Apartment real estate.

We have NEVER accepted checks at a physical location nor traveled around to collect rents. 

Does anyone own or operate a medical facility (as tenant or landlord)?

Hi,I found out that last night a pipe broke in the bathroom of my house while I was traveling out of the country.

I service East Tennessee but would go farther afield if the opportunity was right.Factors like travel, equipment cost, insurance, FAA NAS (national airspace system) research for the prospective area, weather monitoring etc. all take time and money, so I turn down jobs regularly that expect bottom dollar.   

Only time we allowed tenant to laps on rent for long period was one tenant had medical emergency and was in the hospital for nearly 3 months (obviously no rent). 

I realized that life is short and I want to be able to spend as much time as I can outside of a 9-5 and traveling alone 50% of the month.
