With respect to properties, I’m excited to tell you about Ken Bernstein’s new book, “Preserving Los Angeles: How Historic Places Can Transform American Cities” (published by Angel City Press).

I would like to transform the place to a non-smoker/non-pet owner type unit. 

But i do alot of work in the Dc area and people are going crazy with inlaw sweets  going up floors  adding addition to get two extra rooms so they can charge more money after the get the place so do not just look at the property look and see what you can transform it to also.

The atmosphere is especially negative towards any outside investment right now because many neighborhoods that fall in the top end of the low income spectrum are transforming in Chicago@Anthony Gayden That makes me feel even better.

This would never be a high-end area, but I think I could highhandedly transform it into a better area.

I redid the white formica countertops with Rust-Oleum Countertop transformations and they look great.

Tile- I enjoy tile work because it is relatively easy and so transformative.

Dear Everyone,I have been a real estate investor for a couple of years and I think that the internet has transformed our way of finding the target investment property.

It is currently unoccupied  The building was built in 1944 as a military base and was transformed into condominium complex.
