Unless I’m wrong.I thought maybe to buy apartment in 400K range in Miami in some tower and make airbnb from this, I know there is huge competition but a lot of people always coming there for vacation what is your thoughts ?

For example, if you have a 4-plex with all 1/1s or 2/1s, then maybe you can nail their price range and be booked consistently.SFH/Duplex as MTRThis is actually what I'm doing right now.

I've seen a few 5-8 units for sale around there over the last nine months for my price range.

These are in the $30k range with value in the $40k ranage

My issue is figuring out how to cash flow it.It’s hard to get accurate numbers with Cleveland properties ranging in quality.

I do see the 45-1 hour commutes being more common with more townhome new developments in those ranges.

Cost to List + Changes to Listing.Can range from $100-$400 for the exact same listing on the MLS.

Hi Nicholas,It is common in most market not to get a lot of leads, mainly when the price is high, but it takes around 2 weeks to a month to really find the right person.Make sure that you are in the ranges that other rental properties are in your area.
