When you say a "salon suite" is that just like a stall within a larger salon space or what?

Double bonus if you can rent out enough units or spaces to completely cover your cost of living. 

For some people, this is really important, they don't want to buy a new home with the sale of current being a question mark, they want certainty, many hold a fear of "what-if" on non-sale of home or a price too low.

While I don't raise debt offerings, like Chris does, my general sentiment is that many investors are wanting more security these days versus equity, and those that are open to equity, at least in the multifamily space, are looking for very high returns, given the perceived risks they are hearing about in the news.
