I'm looking for something through which invoices pertaining to the business can be viewed (eg contractors and cleaners bills), rents can be collected (via a renter portal maybe), and linked to my business bank account.Does anyone have anything like that?

And does it pertain to the year you bought it or the year you sold it?   

They should be teaching concepts of creating passive income instead in my opinion but that info isn't for the masses.I agree when it pertains to real estate.

The price that you are willing to pay should be commensurate with how much value add there is, and what the risks are pertaining to the execution of that value add.

Anything better is a bonus.I have a list of all of the municipalities and their general ordinances pertaining to STR, but with 25 areas (24 cities plus the county), it's a ton of information.Although you can potentially skirt the rules, it's a much higher risk without much of a reward.
