Reminds me when the music industry was going after sites like Limewire and Bearshare back in the day because they provided an instrument for people to illegally share their copyrighted music.

We have dozens of top-notch golf courses, the annual Carolina Country Music Festival, a few annual bike rallies, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center which hosts dozens of expos and events throughout the year. 

That's what they do here in Sacramento.You could all tell the tenant to make sure they have a contract in place with the parents that tells them to do not disrepect your neighbors (drive in the drive way of your neighbors, park in front of the neighbors drive way, walk on the neighbors grass, do not play their music loud when dropping off or picking child(ren), also, tell them to make sure they hold their child(s) had at all times do not let them run into the neighbors yard).

Outside of the Real Estate, my passion is music.

I don't know James Vermillion but I know that whenever I get someone to sign one it is music to my ears

(it even puts me to sleep very quickly).I also see it as a great way to start preparing to teach him about music from an early age :D-Steven
