It is best if it's a female owned small business, as they get preferential treatment, especially with government stuff.

Two suggestions: Yes you could call the 3-4 largest commercial brokerage shops and ask for the managing director, and then tell him/her about your property and who would be best suited for the assignmentORIf you give me the address and square footage I can introduce you to one of my colleagues in our  (Cushman & Wakefield) Houston office that I know will be well suited to the project.
