Would love to buy a fellow investor a coffee to chat over the possibilities. 

I’d love to hear from anyone familiar with the rental market in El Cajon or who has built/rented ADUs in similar areas.

I also love the idea of having maybe a 3rd party handyman or something like that to inspect the work periodically, that would be cheaper and that way they have no reason to lie. 

Cash flow, appreciation and long term holds, is my interest, but I would love to hear some great strategies for what can been done with 100k cash, and also locations (states,cities) to invest?  

My customer service rep is a flipper and I love that because he knows why I want to do what I want to do and can discuss the approaches with knowledge.So far, the experience has been positive.

I am primarily interested in syndications (I am accredited) and would love to learn more as well as meet like minded folks to discuss how they embarked on this journey.thanks in advance!
