If you have an opportunity presented, and your equity can earn more money in that deal, then I would roll it over.

The lack of efficiency creates opportunity.

To get that you need to be preparing the suit, getting the bond and filing the necessary pleadings for an emergency hearing during the same window of time that the recipient is thinking about how to hide or spend the money.  

Has anyone identified an emerging market where you can BRRRR while cash flowing on S8 rentals?
