We turned the living / dining combo into a foyer + 4th BR + 3rd BA, and then opened up the kitchen to a new 600 sqft great room addition on the back.  

I like your vibe and the 50s 60s 70's mid century rustic vibe is such an elegant look.  

All units are two bedroom, one bath, dining area, LVP flooring, off street parking, coin operated laundry and storage lockers in the basement.

With regard to cosmetics, I prioritize the public areas of the house and often use LVP in living rooms, dining rooms, etc.

I’m unsure what this summer will bring though with Covid...will people be anxious to get out in the sun, or still scared to go out with limited dining and entertainment options.

You can essentially buy 90% of everything you need at one place, bedroom set, dining, living room all at very reasonable prices much less than IKEA.

Tim,It's a small row home and the 1/2 bath on the first floor would've eaten up the dining room completely.
