I've tried 6 different rental collection platforms and this one is by far the best.

Their interest rates will be higher and they collect origination fees so the purchase price of the property is key and determining your ARV. 

This is really killing my optimism for the property and even ADUs need to have primary owner living on site. 

The LLC hires a Nevada management company to collect rents and provide maintenance.
