If you need to have a contractor walk it down, go that route. 

It offers a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the industry while building a network.

I have contractors / an awesome home inspector.

My building is averaging about 20k per unit.

When I can do a deal and make 10k on 2 hours of work :)  Or our building business which we have been blessed with.

The buildings we invested into so far have been built in the 1800's.

I know of only one building that allows Mid-Term Rental 1 month or longer.   

Each multifamily building I have has its own bank account.
