It will some aspects of gameplay that we are all familiar with already but will also have plenty of modernizing touches as well as some humorous millennial SLANGuage thrown in for good measure.One of the best parts is that it is going to have an accompanying free app that does all of the calculations for you.

I like to watch how properties sell in the Denver area by favoriting them on the Redfin app. 

There are so many apps out there   Cash App, Venmo

@Jonathan White If you download the app meetup you can find some local investor groups there as well as some on Facebook!

It also lists fsbo properties which a lot of other apps do not.
