Dealing with people, well this one has always been an issue, I dont have any tolerance for "intellectually impaired" people, after working an airline ticket counter for 12 yrs I have pretty much put the majority of the public in that category, I think i have pretty much seen and heard it all.

We do the same but for my last rehab my guys tore out the 23 yr old carpet first with the padding only to install it (after vacuuming) in one of their Sect8 duplexes.One man's trash etc etc.

Sure if you don't use your creativity enough and if your limited resources force you to use DMM, cold calling, farting in vacuum of space... that doesn't translate that suddenly these methods "work" or "are good".One way to solidify this.All leads are super motivated.
