We are at about 65 doors currently and we are partnered with Marriott, Jetblue and Allegiant Airlines, and about 10 others on top of Airbnb/VRBO. 

I have a four unit building in Lyons, IL, and I just vacuum and sweep every few months.

The answer is that you don't have to go all the way a 4 hour airplane ride away where you can't see or control anything for less than the cost of an airline ticket.

We are on Homes2Go, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Marriott Homes and Villas, JetBlue Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, and a few more that do not yield much. 

Dealing with people, well this one has always been an issue, I dont have any tolerance for "intellectually impaired" people, after working an airline ticket counter for 12 yrs I have pretty much put the majority of the public in that category, I think i have pretty much seen and heard it all.

problem is the airlines dont keep electronic records for more than 18 months.. this audit was 2 years ago. 

Had also a colleague who got this letter in order to have is dog fly with him for free and was amused by how stupid is the airlines for allowing it.

We do the same but for my last rehab my guys tore out the 23 yr old carpet first with the padding only to install it (after vacuuming) in one of their Sect8 duplexes.One man's trash etc etc.

Sure if you don't use your creativity enough and if your limited resources force you to use DMM, cold calling, farting in vacuum of space... that doesn't translate that suddenly these methods "work" or "are good".One way to solidify this.All leads are super motivated.

Sweeping the entry ways, vacuuming hallway etc?
