I've never watched it, have yet to watch anything nonfiction on HGTV though.

I feel extremely confident that we are getting the house at $20K under market price because there is a ton of fluctuation right now ( I just bought a separate SFH in Arvada 3 months ago and have been watching diligently daily, if not hourly!)

@Julie McCoy I tend to agree with you at this point, it is overblown but at the same time these threats are something to watch closely, especially as both AirBnb and HA look to drive the reservation cost away from the guest and push it to the host (Booking already does). 

I've noticed that several properties on the MLS that I've been watching in Phoenix and Mesa has dropped their prices recently.

I've watched videos but no one really goes into depth.

You can even retarget them with a follow up add, based on the amount of seconds they actually watch. 

Some people my age knit or watch TV.
