A good broker will know the values and be able to do a quick desktop appraisal which isn't perfect but will get you close.

I actually worked in PC for 6 years and miss the beautiful drive up the canyon.If you are looking for cash flow I would suggest looking in the Midwest.  

my friend runs a roofing company and she says she uses google earth (the actual desktop program) to do all her estimating/quotes from the office.

This is great for saving the images into a desktop folder and not having to scan Multiple checks or receipts.

Joshua Dorkin, I am trying to get some pics on this PC.

Actually waiting to hear back from the appraiser - the bank first had a desktop appraisal done, which came back at an insane $677k (we bought the house from the bank for $280k) and they then had a walk through ordered, which came back at an almost equally absurd $330 (there are houses all around us that are half the size that sold for that much).

Not seeing it on desktop, ipad, or iphone.

We throw these into a spreadsheet and take an average to create our own "desktop" estimate.
