Establish relationships with brokers specializing in multi-family properties, send letters to property owners, and use online platforms like LoopNet, Crexi, and CoStar.

A customer of mine mentioned she is selling off all of her properties as she is 80 and looking to enjoy the rest of her life task free. 

They truly are a good local business who values their employees and customers so I want to go with them for the leaks repair, and the annual maintenance.

Do I need to be a broker to write it?

Long term realtor/broker/investor. 

Will you be able to tour properties or attend regular broker meetings that are usually held from 9-5?  

Sounds like there are several unhappy customers of Neal Aviation (Garrett Neal is the owner of the company on record) for being sold bad parts and they're burning suppliers with hot checks for parts for privately owned aircraft (in their more recent business reviews).
