That’s my opinion, but I’m not afraid of pulling the trigger, neither fear is in my way.

So far, this is the best we've found for what we're planning, but we're unsure of how it will do as an air bnb.Should we keep looking or just pull the trigger on the house we're currently living in?

Hello All,Recently transferred my Condo title from my name to my LLC(sole owner).This triggered a tax reassessment, which I was not expecting and a loss of homestead exemption, which I was expecting.

It is probably very individual what will trigger you to take action, but motivation, consistent learning and perseverance will eventually bring you where you want to be.

After a long visa process, lockdowns, travel restrictions and more, I am finally in Minnesota and ready to start pulling the trigger on some deals (Just need to find some first :P ) Just wanted to say Hi and looking for a great area in the twin cities and surrounding towns to start looking for a cash flow heavy rental area.Anytips, advice or even food recommendations for the twin cities would be appreciated!!
