I travel a fair amount for my "real job" but I'd like to start a local meetup specifically for MF topics.

The traveler's check-in date was open, so VRBO allowed the instant booking even though the final 2 days in the reservation were blocked.

In your personal opinion, what is the best rewards credit card for business and/or personal travel?

and my fiancee and I are looking to create about $5,000 a month in passive income, so that I can afford to work less and we can travel together during the summers (which he has off).I'm thinking that I should begin by house hacking since we are currently paying 2,000/mo in rent.  

Purchase a home via the LLC for 70K. 30K expenses ( includes rehab, travel, realtor expenses etc).

Could travel the world pretty easy on that.You could put $750k into a $2.5mil apartment complex and again, go travel the world, or be a bum, or just keep working, pay your 4K rent in SF and get rich faster. 

However lastly as I travel through the country..

Its part of my wholesale process just since I'm waiting in between deals I need more money cuz well I want to travel and take a couple courses so I'm trying to monetize every part of my business or even take a part-time job that helps me also helps me build my skill set.  

Real estate investing isn't something i'm doing as a serious form of income generation right now, but I'll be slowly growing my portfolio as we travel around.  

I travel back and forth about 1x a month already.4.)
