Our house is in the R2 zone (4 blocks off main) and the process to transfer the permit back in March was a breeze.

You may end up needing to go through the whole foreclosure process which can take a lot of time and cost a lot of money, and you may end up getting the property back in much worse condition than when you sold it, potentially with a squatter in it and months of lost rent, and in a worst case scenario you will be in a much worse position than if you had just sold it outright. 

Has anyone had good success wholesaling out of the Dfw area and what tactic worked best for you on finding motivated sellers?

So, it will still be dependent on you to make MANY decisions that bring the project to a successful conclusion.

But it is time to scale back to give us more time to focus on our family and some other projects.So now we are in the process of selling 9 properties in Colorado and 7 properties in Ohio.

I feel like having some good experts helping me clearly identify best practices and targets for success (instead of guessing) to be extremely helpful. 

While he wasn’t successful getting the insurance companies to accept liability (initially), he pointed out to the plaintiffs attorney that (1) the owner of the condo was an LLC, not me personally, and that’ll business concerning the condo was done in the name of the LLC, and (2) the only asset of the Series of that LLC was the condo itself, so that the legal entity owned only that single asset.  

At this point, we were literally scared and feared that if ABC Baltimore refused to buy back the house and then we would have to go through a long and expensive legal process.

Don't think that one particular out of state market will shoot you to success or abject failure.

I hope that makes sense as i'm trying to better understand how to go through this process the right way and increase my chances of approval.
