Not only do I expect that taxes will be higher in the future (our politicians love to spend money we don't have, social security is going broke, and all kinds of other financial ugliness is on the horizon), but I also expect my income to continue to rise through most of my life. 

We live in an insanely modest sized home (and neighborhood) for our income, don't brag about our success on social media at all.

With the advent of social media, the rest of the world is now able to see the way these Asian and Euro athletes are training, how they recover, what they're eating, etc.

The income is taxed as interest, which means ordinary rates but no self-employment (Social Security/Medicare) tax.

WIth October being just around the corner, I have reached out socially to my property manager to ask for some advice on neighborhoods, strategy, finance products, ect.

I just moved to columbus OH and heard about this from my local REIA (COREE).I plan on going and once again face my fear of large social events from under a table :)
