I've convinced my sister to start her investing future with a multifamily house hack.

Maybe the basement could be converted into an apartment( my sister's house hack had a bathroom already in the basement but it wasn't in the listing), theres a separate entrance where a studio unit could be made in a room or the garage could be converted to a rental unit.

If it is feasible and economical, the sister refinery in my town will do the same conversion.

My sister wants to move to richmond from NYC.
