It is far safer to have 4 tenants paying rent on a single property than having to depend entirely on only 1 tenant paying on a SFH.

It is surrounded by a cabinet shop on the left side, a couple commercial buildings in the back alley that are used primarily as storage for various businesses and a bar on the right side.

I don't know that there's a pawn shop for note investors.

Its best to shop around and network with some lenders before you purchase, especially if using hard money or a high interest bridge type loan.

I would have a fab shop bend a box for you with an open front so you can weld on a door and hinges to flip it up.
