Maybe you create your own forum then.Maybe you should quit being so sensitive, unless this is the exact stuff you push and promote that leave people stuck like Nick.  

Much below that, the tenants are super sensitive to changing economics and inflation. 

If you're already in this forum, then the challenge is in how you obtain one without the other suffering.Everyone has had a different journey with money prior to marriage and a wise spouse is one who is sensitive to that.

Other people are not so price sensitive or nit-picky, and just want to save themselves a headache.

Agree with everyone else - just tell them what day so they can move cars and stuff away from the house, and that it will be a bit noisy while they replace the roof in case your tenant works from home or has pets/kids that may be sensitive to noise.

When you're dealing with such sensitive transactions, your partners will make or break a deal. 

A class will teach you basic skills of how to use excel, how to create and input formulas that can carry over throughout cells and sheets, how to create pivot tables and sensitivity analyses, so you don't have to manually redo your work time and time again.
