Account Closed I've actually been really curious about tiny homes from a real estate perspective, I think it really has a lot of potential and it has been in the news with the government giving tiny houses to homeless and even reports that some tech companies might buy up land and build tiny house communities to employees in the SF or Seattle areas.

The old deworsification argument without taking into account quality and control.Bob decides to lend 12 homeless guys $100 each and gives them a PO box address where they can send payments.Randy decides to lend 2 coworkers $600 each and tells them they can pay him back next month when he sees them again.Who has a better chance of getting paid back?

HOMELESS camping all over the place.. and they will buy a camper park it on the street in front of your home and just start living there.. steal your water make a freaking mess. its insane how these folks want all this compassion but then go on to ruin peoples lives by intimidation and creating waste were ever they go.

Being from California and seeing the incredible increase in the homeless, I often think about what can be done in order to create some affordable options.

They don't have to wake up every morning and look themselves in the face while brushing their teeth and know that as a direct result of their actions an elderly person is homeless, but you would. 

I see every rent check as another 30 days to live or I'm homeless.

I might be wrong, but  I think my tenants prefer the frumpy homeless look.  

A lot of homelessness and families living together I think. 

Furthermore, the beach side community has been in limbo for the last 20+ years and can't seem to figure out how to fix the crime and homeless issues that plague an area that could easily become one of the better vacation destinations in Florida.
