As houses get scarce, build quality and quantity diminish, people are going to ripe about every little issue.

Making money depends on quantity so plan your days involvement.  

My goal was to get it to work at a larger quantity.

But I would just expect a higher quantity of leasing fees, possible eviction fees, and renewal fees if necessary.

Vetting them and building trust might be more challenging :-)My advice, go for quality and not quantity.
