I know you see a LOT of posts @Jay Hinrichs, so give it a few days and I'm sure just like the Justin Nyugen guy we got, more people will feel comfortable coming out of the woodwork bringing up some cases related to these name which will help law enforcement.

You could pull some cash out to do the renovations and then refinance on the ARV once its done in 6 months and take out more cash to buy another investment home or rent that one out and buy a New primary home.If you have any questions on the steps or the process feel free to reach out or send me an email.

It varies deal to deal, on one property maybe up to 65% LTV, but if you have more collateral the more likely they can make something work.For example, I've done numerous deals where we place a 2nd on 4-5 properties and the lender feels comfortable lending x amount of dollarsThese are very non traditional loans and no two will ever be the same.
