I see a fixed rate product advertised here on BP but not a HELOC type of product, where you can draw and repay on commercial property.With the DSCR loans, the lender requirements will change from lender to lender.  

And we have a chronic housing shortage, so finding renters (or buyers) is n ever a problem. 

Several factors are changing in my life and I’m thinking of maybe paying down/off some loans but will have to weigh the difference between the prepayment penalty on the commercial ones.

I really don't think they'll ever break. 

These developments often need to deal with changes in ownership groups.

I've seen people get dropped from carriers  and claims denied because they did not disclose that the use of the home changed.
