I personally don't think the majority of investors are too concerned with their purchase/sale price being "convenient" for a mortgage broker they just want the deal locked in at the best possible numbers that work for them.

It’s important to fully understand the VA loan requirements in order to determine if you can juggle two loans at once.Having a renter locked into a lease who will cover those old monthly payments can go a long way toward making this work.Hope this helps you or at the very least it may give you other options.

I have been doing Airbnb solely for 2 1/2 years an a SFH and even with internet connected lock and camera, maid service, auto price online service; I still have to spend 3 to 4 hours a week at the house checking condition, replacing supplies, and doing minor repairs.

You can always pay a management company the $350-400 to manage the property to, but you aren't locked into that if it ends up being simple to manage (A class properties are a breeze).
