There's just no reason to get involved, and it distracts the team from giving full attention to clients who own properties in good neighborhoods (low-end rentals consume an exorbitant amount of time to manage).

So, I had something typed up and was going to comment on it earlier, but then I got distracted

If you are on this site or others all day wasting time a getting distracted then you should unplug from it and get back to reality.

It might still happen but I have been distracted by some bigger partnership deals.  

And despite some opinion on the board, I think it was calculated risk.We all have different goals in this game, and people forget that having a full time job (and managing a family) is a big distraction from your goals. 

I had a few distractions but for the last 6 or 7 months I have been on track.

my advise: don't get distracted right now by what airbnb will/will not do.
