This means that you shouldn't look too deep into or be disappointed by the bank's response to your offer.

As a lender, I have seen plenty of borrowers disappointed with their appraisal.

They politely pointed out that the contract allows the seller to back out.So, needless to say, I'm running through a range of emotions - disappointment, perplexed, angry, and just p**ssed off.
