Blue ridge as a town isn’t particularly quaint or cute.

It’s a cute area with houses set back from the street, a trend created by Belgian immigrants who settled here and continued their tradition of having gardens in the front yards.A lot of urban farmers are interested in this neighborhood.

It is also a nice graphical tool for looking at sold comps.

Fast forward a couple months through a slow escrow and we now have title and 65k renovation budget on this cute little two house fixer on a beautiful acre. 

So if they want to get cute with technicalities, there are plenty of mistakes on that document alone.Secondly, Indiana contracts state that Seller can only terminate agreement PRIOR to escrow agent's receipt of the earnest money (no matter how long before or after specified time frame that it's received).

Look up the tranq epidemic.Too far from Disneyland and Knotts and it's not cute would need some major cozy decorations and security. too far from Chapman College and not safe enough or cottage/cool.
