Having seen with my own eyes drug addicts, alcoholics, ex cons, convicted pedophiles etc., getting "disability" money, when they are perfectly capable of working but don't want to, getting food stamps, taking classes at the community college so they can get free Pell Grants, and student loans that will never be repaid, and none of them have any intention of going to work once school is finished, I know the abuse in the system.

Once you get going, it's addicting.

It is kind of like an addiction, once you get into BP, you just can't get away from it for too long!

If this property is really owned by somebody addicted to gambling then there is likely deferred maintenance. 

Just beware they offer so many implements that you can become addicted.

Immigrants often come from cultures that are not addicted to pointless/stupid personal consumer debt like we are.

A lot of the cleaning crews seem good at first and then you later find out that they have mental health issues or drug addictions.
