Attending several local RE Meetups, it seems that's where the majority of low priced deals are being made since Charlotte has gotten so tough. 

I wasn't able to locate any via the search bar on my mobile device. please let me know if there's a better area either in or around Doylestown to attend a meeting in the foreseeable future.

So I don't imagine if rents haven't been paid for then they'd be reimburst the next month till they get paid by new attendants?

Read books, listen to podcasts (I just did a 16 week apartment investing series on Pillars of Wealth Creation podcast), hire a coach, attend conferences, attend boot camps. 

Attended a couple courses.

I have joined few REIA investor groups and will be attending meetings consistently.

I'd start attending local networking events right away, and not wait until you've plowed through the hundreds of thousands of posts, articles and podcasts here on BP. 

Are there any good meet ups around that I could attend and network?

I would be interested in any future meetings that I can hopefully attend.

I am currently taking a real estate investing class through UNH, listening to the bigger pockets podcasts, working on finding some club meetings to attend (suggestions welcome) and building a team of people to work with.
