I did wedding & portrait photography but dropped-out as the market for photographers got waaaaaaaay over-saturated and fees were driven down.I considered doing 36/VR real estate photography for a time, but don't see that used often at all.

My wife and I are going to love to Portland area after our wedding in July, and would like to start flipping houses in the areas. 

I visited the evening of the 10th and NO progress but she promised they had a truck coming Wed (12th) and would be out by 5pm.I started calling movers and labor services.

I'd say BP beats me this year, LOL, I see a sweep coming at the awards ceremony, but, the angel investor backing a tech company, I think they are asking something else on that one, might be Bill Gates in a health care site, no idea

Sure, as far as real estate investors go, I'm still pretty young, but it just isn't the same saying "I'm a real estate investor" when you're in your 30s as it is when you're only twenty-something.Our successes to date include buying our first house one month before our wedding (REO, needed some work - isn't that what women want to be doing the last few weeks before their wedding?!)
