It also sounds like a Drop and Swap can get hairy if done at the end of the hold period, especially with a promote structure.

Hi @Benjamin Cowles -I'm sorry you find this feature to be a nuisance,  but we do this in order to make sure people aren't able to send spam or advertisements promoting themselves to other members without a connection.

Well, while $10 earnest money is promoted, it's a joke.  

This forum is quite interesting and refreshingly free of spam thanks to the separate promotion area you have created.

They also frown on the popular BS contracts promoted on BP "wholesaling" forums where they use 30-60 inspection periods, fake partners, all the garbage.

. :) .. but I get it.I have a vendor in B ham that Is not a big promoter and does a great job... been doing business with him for 14 years now.very hands on.. and usually builds portfolio for his clients.. some have 20 to 50 homes with him..
