It is possible to do it in under 10 years but it is more of an active job in finding properties and creating wealth through buying them under market value and either paying them off over time or trading them up for bigger deals.  

We have had guests attempt to overstay and even one show a fake lease and they were gone in under an hour.

@Wendy BusaThis can be done in under 30 days yes, and often times if the seller can show they have a signed purchase agreement, then you can push back the auction date.

I have a property listed as FSBO right now on Zillow and I have been inundated with "wholesalers" who can't prove they have two nickels to rub together.

Once posted, the owner will be inundated with letters and often phone calls.

The reason your posts have been getting taken down is because for awhile there, back in September last year the forums were inundated with dozens of Pace students posting the exact same thing word for word and it was clearly self-promotional (and super annoying).

You'll probably have to get an extension to the contract, but you should be able to close in under 30 days since you have all of your ducks in a row.
