How did you solved it while maintaing and indoor temperature of 73 degrees in the hot weather?

For example, Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, Broad Ripple....you are going to be in A class neighborhoods. 

I got the gist of foreclosure auction here in my area, but I am still unsure of how I should estimate indoor repairs for foreclosures.

Piles of trash on the sides of the road, two of the homes have busted in doors and windows and have been vacant for years.

However, I already had relationships with the Realtors I worked with beforehand and that is what got me in door and to the top of their lists (or at least close to the top!). 

Ras,I have zero experience with vacation rentals in Door County, but this sounds like a great deal to me as well.

Be careful, of contractors low balling you to get in door, once there, everything is an extra.

Assuming only the 3 bed 1 bath units, I've figured for each unit:$1,000 in flooring$1,000 in doors and trim$100 in paint/stain$2,000 in appliances, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave/vent and water heater$2,000 in cabinetry (Home Depot pre-fabricated)$1,500 in electrical work$4,000 in construction$1,000 in plumbing$1,200 in miscellaneous$900 in sales taxI know things like flooring, appliances and cabinetry are probably light, but I have a bulk deal with Home Depot that helps quite a bit.  

The wife there is pregnant so that has me a bit concerned as I know I would not want mine in 90 indoor temps being pregnant.
