I resent tenants that treat me with that level of disrespect and prefer not to have tenants that essentially flip me the finger on the first of every month.

Since launching this post, I've been letting my fingers do the walking figuratively speaking.  

Just keep your fingers crossed and make any necessary adjusts to your schedule.  

If I didn't have my fingers in a different pie right now, I'd be able to afford downpayment on a 203k type loan (I would be living in one of the units), so I need to get creative with this one.Right now the property is vacant, and it does need quite a bit of work, although it's habitable.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you can still get the deal going.  

But if possible I don't want this property to slip through my fingers.

Chad - I didn't mean for my response to your post to be so long - but my fingers wound't let me stop.

We just haven't gone to war, had an earthquake, a nuclear disaster, a 'fat finger', banks gone wild, etc, for the last couple years so its been rosy.  

The homes we are looking at, well we haven't been inside, but fingers crossed we hit a pot of gold and they aren't quite as bad as they look from the outside.:)Thanks @Shannon Peace.  

This is also my first go at flipping a house too. so I'm a little nervous about having two projects at once, but I don't like twiddling my fingers.
