If they lie and don't pass your screening, that's their fault.It helps to have your screening criteria written down so you can share it with them.

I dunno @Mike Francis, this has come up before and I still think that you aren't going to get a ton of traffic from being on there.

Just recently I undertook to do some significant painting at two of the buildings and my wife offered to help me out.

All are on the older side and probably what I'd prefer to spend my money on if I'm planning on renting this out and already have renters lined up as I would anticipate these going out in the next 2-5 years.b) focus that money on things like granite counters, tile backsplash, and new cabinet doors?
