There are also plenty of successful people who have some type of W2 job that they enjoy, that may not pay as much, but still covers their bills.

I'm a new BP member in Tampa, recently moved back from Sydney Australia, currently looking for my next rental property and have set a goal of 18 months to my first apartment complex.On my off time I am a homeschooling mom of 3 little ones who enjoys reading non fiction, canoeing and camping. 

My goal is to eventually become financially independent so I dont have to depend on my job and do the things that I enjoy.

I've picked up books this year and realized how much I enjoy real estate, and would love to understand more about the process here in Chicago. 

The best thing for you would be in a place that you enjoy, even on the bad days.
