You will want to be picky about the firm you work for, not just any will do, but once you find that one that really treats you as an asset and not a tool...your learning curve will sky rocket.

I doubt an LLC had anything to do with it but insurance costs have sky rocketed in that market.

There is simply a different sort of potential buyer in the area now with Musk's Rocket Factory in McGregor (waco is getting this benefit too) and some high tech from Austin overflowing slowly but surely into the Temple area there is still affordable opportunity.
