If you are looking butcher block both floor and decor and ikea have reasonably priced options

I feel like a high quality tenant might want matching appliances, but that's just based on my personal preferences for matching appliances vs matching décor.

The owner was a flipper (not called that back then) who, in the 60's was in some kind of a band...and made it known by posting pictures of himself and his band as part of the "decor" of the house. 

We did not go cheap on food, drinks, and décor.

Our last rental was LT but I'm excited about the potential (increased income, flexibility to have friends/family stay, hopefully less management intensive than STR with less red tape/taxes) and my wife is excited to furnish/decorate.

They show all of my furniture and decor in the house, which is more enticing than the current tenant's.

Improved all the furnishings and decor.

The decor isn't the typical modern style but everything is extremely clean and in great condition.

It looked like a bedroom for small children as it was decorated very princess-y (again, the listed minor occupants ages were 14, 12 and 9).  

We actually put more money into this deal than i originally wanted, we had retaining wall issues, so we redid the driveway, painted the entire interior, new sheetrock in areas, complete bathroom renovation, and all new furniture and decorations.
